Verification Terms

These terms apply when a Pilates studio or instructor verifies or submits a profile to MatchaRated, run by MatchaRated Pilates. Version 18 October 2026.

1. Accurate information

You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, and that you are the instructor named or are authorised to act for the studio named. You will tell us if anything changes.

2. Licence for logos and photos

You grant MatchaRated Pilates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display the name, studio details, logos and photos you submit on MatchaRated and MatchaRated Pilates websites and social channels, for as long as your profile is listed. You confirm you own these materials or have permission to share them, and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights.

3. Verification does not affect scores

Verification confirms only that a business or instructor has claimed their profile. It adds a Verified badge. It does not change a score or a rank, and nothing can be bought to change a score. Scores are editorial opinions formed under our published methodology.

4. Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing admin@matcharated.com. We will then stop displaying the materials you submitted. We may still list a studio's name and public information under our Terms of Use and Privacy notice, and you can ask us to review that too.

5. Your data

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy notice.

MatchaRated scores and rankings are editorial opinions of MatchaRated Pilates, formed by applying our published methodology to publicly available information (including social media metrics, public signals and published certifications) as of the date shown. They are not statements of fact about the quality, safety or qualifications of any studio or instructor, and are not endorsements. Listed businesses have not necessarily reviewed or approved their listing. Verification confirms only that a business has claimed its profile and does not change its score. Information may be incomplete or out of date. To report an error or request removal, email admin@matcharated.com. Trade marks and names belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
